Our rustic bakery operates 7 days a week providing fresh daily... sourdough, ciabatta and other artisan breads, cakes, croissants, yeast buns, cakes, quiches, pies, pasties, soups, take home meals and the list goes on. All of our delicious food is hand-made by our team of dedicated Bakers and Pastry Chefs.
Our Daily Bread
Bakery Made breads are produced using traditional slow fermentation processes of between 4 and 18 hours depending on the loaf. Not only do the breads develop better flavour and texture, but this process gives the bread a longer life, and improves the ability for nutritional absorption within our bodies.
Hand worked bread can vary from day to day. This is one of the features of the bread, and a challenge each day to perfect the loaves that are made in the our Bakery.
